To troubleshoot the scanner you can either watch the below video or follow the below steps.

If you do not see the scanner devices listed you can click 'scan' or 'stop' in the top right corner of the screen and it will start searching for the scanner again. Sometimes your Bluetooth will finish scanning before your scanner is able to be found on bluetooth.

If you still do not see it pick up the scanner and scan the below QR codes in the designated order.

Now the scanner should appear in your Bluetooth available devices.
